Scholarships
Nebraska Co-op Council Education
Foundation
The Nebraska Cooperative Council Education Foundation will
provide up to eight scholarships for the 2008-09 academic
year. Eligible students must attend the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural
Resources, the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture at
Curtis or Chadron State College.
To apply, individuals must complete a form indicating the
local cooperative in which their parents are members and
submit it to one or more of the colleges listed above by April
15, 2008.

2008 Dairy Checkoff Scholarship - Nebraska
The
American Dairy Association and Dairy Council of Nebraska will
award up to ten (10) $500 scholarships during the 2008
calendar year. The scholarships are open to any college major
or degree, regardless of the length of the program.

Completed applications must be postmarked on or before Monday,
April 28, 2008.
2008-09 NDPRB Undergraduate Scholarship Program
The National Dairy Promotion and Research Board (NDPRB),
through Dairy Management Inc.™ (DMI), annually awards up to 19
$1,500 scholarships to eligible undergraduate students
(sophomore through senior) enrolled in college/university
programs that emphasize dairy.
Majors include: communications/public relations, journalism,
marketing, business, economics, nutrition, food science, and
Ag education. In addition, the NDPRB awards a $2,500 James H.
Loper Jr. Memorial Scholarship to the outstanding scholarship
recipient.
Completed applications should be submitted by May 31, 2008.
