For our communities

AMPI (and Dinner Bell Creamery) is made up of dairy-farm families and employees who work together for one common purpose: Cooperatively crafting only the highest quality cheese and butter for consumers to enjoy.  

Each year, AMPI employees give back to their local food banks through monetary donations, food donations or both. In 2020, AMPI employees collectively donated the equivalent of more than 33,000 meals to food banks in local communities. Together we make food. Together we give food.

For our animals & land

AMPI dairy farmer-owners are "all in" when it comes to providing quality care for their animals every single day. This commitment is demonstrated by the cooperative's 100 percent member enrollment in the National Dairy FARM (Farmers Assuring Responsible Management) Program.

AMPI is also a founding member of the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy Board of Directors and has proudly adopted the U.S. Dairy Stewardship Commitment. The commitment is an affirmation that AMPI member-owners and employees care for the land, animals and communities in which we live and work.
