Future Focused - AMPI Summer Tour
AMPI Young Cooperator (YC) families focused on farming for the future during the annual YC Summer Tour in St. Cloud, Minn. This year’s event brought together the largest group in nearly a decade with 45 adults and 34 children attending. Of those, 15 families were first-time attendees.

AMPI’s first MasterClass is in the books, and participants say the experience has taken their cooperative involvement and leadership to the next level. The inaugural class included 19 dairy farmer-leaders from throughout AMPI country.
AMPI internship offers transition to civilian careers
Some of the U.S. military’s best and brightest are coming to AMPI, thanks to the co-op’s partnership with the Department of Defense (DOD). The co-op is among U.S. companies participating in the Skillbridge program, a DOD-funded initiative that helps U.S. armed forces members transition to post-military careers.

AMPI Portage rebuild enters final phase
Final steps in restoring production at the Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) cheese processing and packaging plant in Portage, Wis., are underway following a January 2023 fire. The team is ready to see production restored to pre-fire levels.
